Payment procedure (PC version)

1. Confirmation of purchase details

The customer's purchase confirmation screen is displayed.
Please check the contents and press the "Rakuten" button at the bottom right.

2. Enter login ID and password

The Rakuten member login screen is displayed.
Enter your "User ID" and "Password" and press the "Login" button.

• If you do not have a user ID, please follow the procedure from the "Register as a new member to Rakuten member" button.

3. Entering a one-time password (may be omitted)

The one-time password entry screen is displayed.
Enter the "one-time password" in the email sent to your Rakuten member's contact email address, and click the "Proceed to payment screen" button.

• If you have set the domain specified reception, cancel or change the setting so that you can receive the e-mail address shown on the screen.
• Input may be omitted depending on the shop site used.

4. Payment method selection

The payment method selection screen is displayed.
After selecting the usage details and payment method, click the "Proceed to order confirmation screen" button.

5. Confirmation of your order

A confirmation screen for your order will be displayed.
After confirming the order details and payment method, click the "Order with these details" button.

• After this screen, depending on the shop site you use, you may be required to enter your credit card identity verification (3-D Secure) password and security code.

6. Completion of purchase process

The purchase completion screen will be displayed.
Payment is complete.

Click the "Back" button to return to the shop site.

* Depending on the site settings, the PC version may be displayed even if you access it with a smartphone.

The Rakuten member login screen is displayed.
Enter your "User ID" and "Password" and press the "Login" button.
