Refund request method

1. Please call the above inquiry window.
2. We will send you the prescribed documents, so please fill in the required items and return it in the enclosed envelope together with the identity verification documents.

Refund method

After confirming by the prescribed procedure, we will transfer the amount equivalent to unused coins to the specified customer's account.
In addition, we will bear the transfer fee.
