Time sale of baseball tickets sold at Yahoo Dome and ticket sales waiting for cancellation of popular games.

Test marketing was carried out for 30 games from May 2012 to July 2012. We offered a time sale for reserved seat tickets for pre-determined games, sent out emails notifying customers of tickets on the waiting list, and provided a service where people could purchase tickets.

This time, we made a collaborative proposal between our company and an EC vendor. How was it?

When conducting test marketing from May 2012 to July 2012, we had you do the construction work in a short period of about one month from March to April 2012, but the EC vendor that you originally requested It was said that it will start in July. The W2 solution Company that you introduced did a good job, and it was really helpful.

The time to release was very short, but we were able to respond promptly.

This was the first time we had introduced Mobile Carrier Billing for three carriers, and there were many things we didn't understand, but thanks to the support of SB Payment Service, the introduction was successfully completed.

How was the introduction of our PSP service?

General seats can be used for Mobile Carrier Billing, and VIP seats such as Coca-Cola seats can be used for Credit Card Payment.
If it becomes simpler, the purchase rate will increase.

How about after the introduction?

There is a demand for popular games and core users that are hard to come by.

Currently, we are only conducting questionnaires, but I think it will be useful for understanding attributes such as the gender ratio of customers who actually visited the venue in the future. User registration is required, so I hope it can be simplified as much as possible so that many people can register.

Finally, please let us know if you have any expected functions or services.

If there are services that please our customers, such as waiting for cancellations in really popular games and discount sales, we would like to do it in the future. Currently, we are exchanging tickets at the counter, but I think it would be nice if we could do everything from purchase to admission with just a mobile phone.
