General wire transfer (bank-to-bank wire transfer) payment is a payment method that allows you to send an invoice with a payment invoice to the customer in advance and pay the product price using three payment methods methods: bank transfer, postal payment, and convenience store payment.

When the customer completes the payment, we will notify the merchants the payment. You can also check the deposit information from our Admin portal / Payment management tool. You can automate the troublesome payment application and reduce the work load.

Convenience store payment

Payment notice

This is a service that notifies the merchants the payment based on the information obtained from the financial institution after the customer has paid the billing fee.

The timing of notification depends on the payment method and the financial institution used for payment. (Next business day to 7 business days)

Payment expired cancellation notice

There is a payment deadline for invoices issued by this service. (Can be set up to 60 days after the invoice processing is completed)

If there is a bill that has passed the payment deadline, we will notify the merchants. (Once a day)
