What is General wire transfer (bank-to-bank wire transfer) payment?

General wire transfer (bank-to-bank wire transfer) payment is a payment method that allows you to send an invoice with a payment invoice to the customer in advance and pay the product price using three payment methods methods: bank transfer, postal payment, and convenience store payment.

We can also print and ship invoices in the name of the merchants.

Convenience store payment

Postal payment

How to pay at the Japan Post Bank window or ATM using the payment handling slip attached to the invoice

Bank transfer

How to make a transfer to a bank account provided and disclosed by us

Payment notice

This is a service that notifies the merchants the payment based on the information obtained from the financial institution after the customer has paid the billing fee.

The timing of notification depends on the payment method and the financial institution used for payment. (Next business day to 7 business days)

Payment expired cancellation notice

There is a payment deadline for invoices issued by this service. (Can be set up to 60 days after the invoice processing is completed)

If there is a bill that has passed the payment deadline, we will notify the merchants. (Once a day)

You can choose a payment deadline between the date following purchase and 60 days thereafter. However, you cannot set deadlines for each individual purchase.

Is it possible to reissue the payment slip?

Yes, you can reissue them via the management tool we provide. However, an issuance fee will be incurred separately.
