SBPS has contributed to the development of the Japanese e-commerce market by strengthening cooperation with e-commerce cart operators and providing a wide variety of payment methods and payment systems in the commerce area. "Ecforce" provided by SUPER STUDIO has been highly evaluated as a domestic SaaS type EC cart system, and has been introduced in about 600 shops in 5 years from the start of the service in 2017 *, and has achieved rapid growth. increase. SBPS and SUPER STUDIO systems have been linked since 2019, but by investing in SUPER STUDIO this time, we will strengthen sales collaboration, develop new customers, and deepen solution collaboration. We will strive to maximize the value provided to businesses and end users who use ecforce.
SBPS has been making various efforts from the aspect of "payment solutions" to meet the diversifying needs of the commerce field. Going forward, we will continue to strongly promote DX in the commerce field and contribute to the development of the industry by building strong relationships through business alliances with EC / store platformers.
SUPER STUDIO, as a D2C support company, provides the core system "ecforce", its own D2C business, and the ecforce teams, which provides one-stop support for the manufacturer's EC / D2C operation, in order to support the ECization of all businesses. It is expanding. We have all the data and know-how of all processes from the experience of developing our own business as an EC manufacturer from the founding period to the direct delivery of products to consumers such as advertising operation, supply chain, CRM, and these are our customers' customers. It is used for manufacturer management support and function development of "ecforce". Demand and expectations for EC / D2C are rising even in Japan, where EC has not progressed, even among developed countries, and the number of shops that have introduced "ecforce" has increased by about 174% over the past year. We are continuously updating the functions in order to implement the EC management issues and new marketing methods that we felt through our own EC management in the system.
SBPS offers a wide variety of payment methods and payment systems that meet the needs of businesses in online transactions in online shops and face-to-face transactions in stores. In recent years, we provide a one-stop payment system and one-stop fraud detection service "AI fraud detection" that protects businesses from EC "fraud transactions" that are becoming more sophisticated and damaged. We have realized a safe and secure payment service with services that make full use of AI technology unique to SoftBank. In addition, OMO (Online Merges with Offline) service is being developed. In the after-corona, we proactively respond to all the needs of businesses that require change and support their contribution to sales.
