Businesses that use "freee Accounting" can safely and securely reduce the burden of payment operations while keeping costs down, and will also be able to issue and store invoices in accordance with the invoice system that began in October 2023.

What is the invoice system?

This system was launched on October 1, 2023 as a method of deduction of consumption tax inputs. A qualified invoice containing certain information is required to apply for the input tax deduction. Sole proprietors and corporations are required to take the necessary steps when issuing and receiving invoices. Businesses that use the cloud accounting software "freee Accounting" can apply for SBPS's POBO Service (Payment be half of) to seamlessly issue and receive invoices and transfer payments to the payee on "freee Accounting."

After the transfer request is approved by the settler, the data is linked to SBPS, which will transfer the money to the payee on your behalf.
