Background of providing cashless accounting function

The number of clinics that want to introduce cashless payments is increasing year by year, and in recent years there has been a need for payment to be done without contact between patients and reception staff, from the perspective of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus infection. In response to this need, Fujitsu Japan offers a cashless accounting function that allows patients to make cashless payments from their smartphones in the waiting room or at home, without having to pay at the clinic counter after a consultation.

About “HOPE LifeMark-Concierge” for patients

This is a service for patients provided by Fujitsu Japan that links the clinic's electronic medical record with a smartphone app for patients to make hospital visits more comfortable, such as automatic return reception, consultation status notifications and reservations, and online medical treatment on smartphones.
