SB Payment Service Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby announces that at its Board of Directors meeting held on March 23, 2026, it decided on changes in its President and Directors, effective April 1, 2026.

3. Background of the transfer

As a core company in the payment and financial sectors within the SoftBank Group, we have achieved sustainable growth through the provision of diverse payment methods and the expansion of our business areas.
This change in management structure is being implemented to further enhance corporate value in the medium to long term and to establish and pass on a next-generation management structure.
Going forward, Tomonori Hotta will lead the overall management of the company as President & CISO, together with Director & Chairman, Jun Shimba.
