  Each dental clinic may apply for only one unit.
  For the second device and beyond, a fee of 94,578 yen (tax included) will be charged per device.

  Can I apply for more than two dental clinics when I make a new application?

  A

  For new applications, please apply at one dental clinic.
  For the second dental clinic and beyond, a member of staff will contact you the next day or later with an application form for an additional contract.

  What documents are required when applying?

  A

  The documents required vary depending on the application category. Please prepare the following documents before applying.
  ●For corporations
  One of the following documents is required:
  Registered transcript (excerpt)
  Certificate of current (history) matters
  Documents issued within the last three months
  If a permit or registration is required for business, a copy of the permit or registration
  
  ● For sole proprietors
  One of the following documents is required:
  driver's license
  Japanese passport
  Seal registration certificate
  Residence card
  Special permanent resident certificate
  A document that includes your name, address, and date of birth
  Must be valid or within six months of the date of issue
  A copy of your business license, if required
  We cannot accept documents that include your Individual Number.

  How long does it take from application to start using the service?

  It takes approximately two months from application to start of use.

  What is the contract period for the "All-in-one payment terminal PAX A920MAX"?
  Also, is there a cancellation fee?

  A

  The contract period is four years and will be automatically renewed unless otherwise requested.
  Regarding the cancellation fee, if you cancel within four years of signing the contract, or if we are unable to confirm payment using the payment terminal provided by our company for six months from the month in which the product is shipped, we will charge you a payment terminal fee of 94,578 yen (tax included) and an initial setup fee for Electronic money payment of 13,200 yen (tax included).

  What is the schedule for settling sales?

  A

  Sales proceeds are settled twice a month.
  ●1st payment: Closing date: 15th of the current month: Transfer at the end of the current month
  ●Second payment: Closing date at the end of the month: Transfer on the 15th of the following month

  How can I connect the payment terminal (wired/Wi-Fi/SIM, etc.)?

  The payment terminal is equipped with a SIM card, so it can be used even without Wi-Fi or a wired internet connection.

  Also, can the above be used without a smartphone?

  A

  This offer is limited to dental clinics that are members of the Japan Dental Association, with an initial fee of 0 yen and a monthly fee of 220 yen (tax included).
  To use the QR code payment app S!can, you will need a smartphone or tablet.
  *The code payment app S!can is compatible with iOS 8.0 or later and Android 4.4 or later.
