The service "Cross Tribe" operated by Digital Hearts Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO Jun Yamamoto), who has adopted our "Virtual currency", is now available on November 30, 2015. It was finished on Monday.
Along with this, we will refund the balance of unused points for the virtual currency "Creative Points" issued by our company based on Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Fund Settlement Law as follows.

Refund request method
- Please call the above inquiry window.
- We will send you the prescribed documents, so please fill in the required items and return it in the enclosed envelope together with the identity verification documents.
Refund method
After confirmation by our prescribed procedure, we will transfer the amount equivalent to unused points to the specified customer's account.
In addition, we will bear the transfer fee.
