What is the Email Payment Link Service

The Email Payment Link Service allows customers to pay online by invoicing them via email, text message (SMS), or QR code. Customers will be redirected straight to our payment screen from the URL, so merchants can easily introduce this service without modifying your systems. It is also suited to merchants that provide products and services whose prices are determined after an order is received. Currently, Credit Card Payments are available for use with this service.

Email Link (Email)

We will send a URL linking to our payment screen to the customer’s email address. Payment can be made from the email so long as you have a device capable of receiving it, making it available to a wide range of customers.
Email Link (SMS)

A text message (SMS) will be sent to the customer’s mobile phone number and that they can then pay from. Customers can be invoiced using just their mobile phone number, further reducing merchants’ need to manage customer information.
Email Link (QR Invoice)

A QR code linking to our payment screen will be displayed on our Admin portal / Payment management tool. Merchants can have customers make payments on the spot by showing them this QR code to scan using their smartphone, be it at a storefront or elsewhere.
