We have received inquiries from individuals claiming to be from our company who have contacted them by phone or via social media (such as LINE) to recruit agents or offer side jobs, and have requested My Number card information or other personal information.
These individuals have no connection whatsoever with our company.
If you receive an email, social media message, or phone call containing a request you do not recognize or anything else that seems suspicious, please be careful not to contact them or provide your My Number Card information or other personal information.
If you have unfortunately been a victim of this crime, please contact your nearest police station.
