SB Payment Service Corp. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CISO: Tomonori Hotta; hereinafter "SBPS"), a subsidiary of SoftBank Corp. that plays a central role in the company's finance business, announced that as of September 30, 2026, it has acquired all shares of BXJA1 Holdings Co., Ltd., the wholly owned parent company of SP.LINKS Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Ryosuke Nomura; hereinafter "SP.LINKS"), and has completed the process of making SP.LINKS a subsidiary.

This subsidiary acquisition will further strengthen PSP business by combining SBPS's acquiring and B2B financial services with SP.LINKS's unique payment network and card data processing infrastructure, based on the track record of payment processing businesses that SBPS and SP.LINKS have each cultivated.

Going forward, by combining the strengths of both companies, we aim to provide greater added value to our member merchants, strengthen the payment infrastructure that supports new forms of commerce in the AI era, and realize a comprehensive financial and commerce platform that starts with payments.
